  • 会员2978：给我们开车的师傅都说他们家是那拉提最好的酒店。刚进去就有大叔帮办拿行李，还帮我推车到房间。大堂经理班先生一看也是经过专业培训的。整个房间也很大。但对于一个怕冷的南方人而言，洗澡水不够热实在难过，后来大堂经理给临时解决了一下，其他小问题也顺带解决了。 个人还是建议酒店方面多多考虑一下怕冷的客人的需求，对水温做适当的调整。
  • 会员3991：酒店很新，2019年刚开业的，装修的很漂亮，各种设施也齐备，是那拉提最豪华的酒店了。距离景区大门非常近，但是距离小镇最热闹的地方大概还有一公里，所以要吃饭还要走一阵，不过小镇很小，问题不大。服务很好，早餐有点贵，一个人要48元，不过因为我们出发的早，来不及吃，酒店送了免费的打包早餐。原本很满意，是要给5星评级的，可惜旁边安排了一个旅行团，半夜12点左右喝完酒回来，在走廊和隔壁几个房间大声说话唱歌，才发现这酒店有个确定，基本不隔音。经过跟酒店和客人的几番交涉，他们才终于安静下来，搞了半个多小时。害得我们没有睡好觉，所以设施只打了3分。
  • 会员5236：来新疆之后住的最好的酒店，这也是那拉提最好的酒店了。原本计划住两天，入住后觉得条件不错，临时决定多住一天。酒店位置很好，停车场很大很方便，一出门就是那拉提草原景区。部分房间可以加床，热水很足，前台的帅哥（图一）服务热情周到并且提到了他们酒店管理集团在喀纳斯店，并且给了预定方式，基于这家酒店的体验，立即取消了之前预定的喀纳斯的酒店改订了他们的连锁酒店。酒店很好，景区也很美，非常难忘的行程。
